Leading property advisor DTRE have become the one of the UK’s preeminent property developers since their founding in 2010 and have been a client of K2 for more than 5 years.
A New Space with Greater Flexibility and Wellbeing
The brief was to create an inspirational space for staff and to provide visiting clients with touch down space and a welcoming environment. Flexibility and wellbeing would be at the heart of the design. The new facility would include a coffee bar, and a gym/peloton studio, an auditorium, and a restaurant, to be enjoyed by staff and clients.

BREEAM Accreditation and Environmental Impact
Reducing environmental impact is core to DTRE’s values and so a requirement to achieve BREEAM accreditation to the highest possible level was required – we achieved “Very Good” the highest level attainable in this building.

The results
The construction programme was 16 weeks under a JCT contract and working with an independent PM. The results speak for themselves with a near 100% of staff back at the office
